Saskatoon police nab four youths trying to break into vehicles

SASKATOON – Three boys and a girl are in custody after being accused of attempting to break into vehicles. It happened Monday morning around 2 a.m.

Police say residents spotted four people dressed in black attempting to enter the vehicles in the in the area of Adilman Drive and Russell Road. The air support unit spotted the suspects trying to hide on Spencer Crescent.

Patrol officers took the 13- and 14-year-old youths into custody. They are all facing charges of mischief.

Two have also been charged with breach of youth probation. One of the 14-year-olds was also wanted on a warrant in North Battleford.
