A video was posted on Apooch’s Facebook page the days after the incident. It runs for about four minutes with the men trying to place their order.

One man says “I am going to release my snake” before throwing it over the counter.

The non-venomous garter snake was captured and no one was physically injured. “Outlaw” will be released back to the wild this spring.
