Surveillance video could shed light on Facebook allegations

REGINA – Surveillance video from outside an apartment building might shed light on allegations of mistreatment by the Regina Police Service.

The police service has asked for an independent investigation.

The Boardwalk Rental Communities apartment building, which police initially responded to, has a camera out front.

The development director with Boardwalk, David McIlveen confirmed that they’ve been asked to supply that footage to the Public Complaints Commission.
