TORONTO – A restaurant worker in San Francisco was caught “tenderizing” meat on a sidewalk — and that’s not a euphemism.
The video was shot outside of Lucky River Chinese restaurant last week and has since gone viral.
The video shows a man slamming what appears to be frozen slabs of meat onto the sidewalk.

According to CBS, the video dubbed “San Francisco Sidewalk Steak” caught the attention of the San Francisco Health Department.
The department said the cook was reportedly trying to defrost the meat. He has since been fired.
Despite a visit from health officials, the restaurant remained open.
