CRAIK, Sask. – Saskatchewan RCMP continue to investigate a fatal crash that occurred near Bladworth, Sask. on Oct. 10.
Investigators have determined that a truck was travelling northbound in the southbound lane on Highway 11 and collided with a southbound car.

The lone occupant of the car, a 25-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
A 49-year-old man was taken to hospital in Saskatoon with what are believed to be severe injuries. He was the lone occupant of the truck.
Several calls came before the crash advised the RCMP dispatch centre of a brown truck travelling in the wrong direction.
Southbound traffic was rerouted into early Saturday morning as a collision analyst attended the crash scene.
