TORONTO – Raymond Cho was reelected for a fourth term Monday picking up 49 per cent of the vote in Ward 42 Scarborough-Rouge River.

Known as one of Toronto’s fastest growing wards, Ward 42 – Scarborough-Rouge River – boasts a population of just slightly over 77,600 residents.

Several key concerns for residents include preservation of the Rouge River Valley, community safety and the hotly debated issues surrounding a lack of transit service.
