MONTREAL — Rugby rivals McGill University and Concordia University played Wednesday night in honour of Kelly-Anne Drummond.
The two teams took to the field at the Loyola Campus football field in NDG for the 10th annual Drummond Cup.

Kelly-Anne Drummond was a Concordia Stinger. The elite athlete was murdered by her boyfriend in 2004.
The rugby game was free for spectators but the public was encouraged to make a donation at the gate to help support the Women Aware program.
The Montreal organization helps women who are victims of domestic abuse.
