TORONTO — The eldest son of soccer star David Beckham and former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham has made his modeling debut in a British magazine.
Brooklyn Beckham appears on the cover of the spring/summer edition of Man About Town, a biannual publication aimed at “culturally-oriented male urbanites.”
The 15-year-old is featured in a 20-page section described by editor Ben Reardon as “a warm and honest insight into the moment men begin to express themselves through clothes.”
Beckham sports a bomber jacket over a blazer, dress shirt and tie on the front cover. Inside the pages, he is seen wearing a number of different outfits from Ralph Lauren and Saint Laurent.
The photos were taken by Alasdair McLellan, who photographed Victoria Beckham for UK Vogue and David Beckham for Fantastic Man, over one weekend.
“He was a diligent, relaxed cover star for his first ever fashion shoot,” said Reardon. “Brooklyn was a true professional and had a keen eye in the styling process.”
Brooklyn — whose godparents are reportedly Elton John and his Canadian partner David Furnish — isn’t the first Beckham boy to get into modeling. His younger brother Romeo appeared in a Burberry ad in 2012.
He has two other siblings: brother Cruz and sister Harper.
