CALGARY – It’s day two of a cold snap in the city, but thankfully we can expect the mercury to rise on Thursday.
Global News Meteorologist Jordan Witzel warns the forecasted high for Wednesday is a bitter -21°C and with the wind chill it will feel more like -26°C.
Wind chill is a calculated index of the temperature and wind speed. Colder temperatures and stronger winds create more severe wind chill values.
