Until temperatures warm up again, Hydro-Quebec is urging Quebecers to continue to limit their power consumption during the peak morning hours of 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., and again in the evening from 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The utility company suggests residents turn down the thermostat by one or two degrees, reduce the use of hot water, and limit the use of appliances such as dishwashers, dryers and washing machines.
