Wellington OPP say a collision claimed the life of one driver and seriously injured another in Mapleton Township.
OPP said the collision occurred around 12 p.m. on Monday on Wellington Road 11 and 17.
One driver was pronounced dead at the scene and another individual was taken to a local hospital.
The area remains closed as OPP continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
