A jack-knifed semi-trailer is blocking a highway near Delacour, Alta., a hamlet 10 kilometres outside of Calgary.
According to an Airdrie RCMP news release on Monday evening, the semi-trailer is blocking both the eastbound and westbound lanes at Highway 564 near Delacour. Officers are on scene waiting for the semi-trailer to be removed.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and look for alternate routes.
Just before 11 p.m., RCMP said the highway was reopened after the semi trailer was removed from the roadway.
