Ai-Kon will be partnering once more with the Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba to host the third annual Spring Anime Flea Market, taking place at the Japanese Cultural Centre, 180 McPhillips Street, on Sunday, May 5th. This annual garage sale draws members from all corners of the Otaku community to offer a variety of items including manga/graphic novels, anime, cosplay, clothing, and various traditional and pop culture collectibles from Japan. In addition to the shopping experience, JCAM’s Chef Ono and kitchen staff will be on-site serving bento boxes and other Japanese treats, while supplies last. The event will run from Noon to 4:00 pm and is open to the general public.
