Zoe Lukowich

Zoe Lukowich was born and raised in Calgary.

She graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Broadcast News program and joined Global News Lethbridge in June of 2026.

Zoe has covered a wide range of stories in Lethbridge including community events, agriculture and issues affecting southern Albertans.

Before enrolling at SAIT and beginning her journey into journalism, Zoe was involved with the Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede from 2012 to 2022. She sang and danced in many different shows, including the Grandstand Show every night during the Stampede.

Outside of her work at Global Lethbridge, Zoe is a singer, guitarist and songwriter.

When on stage, she goes by “Zoë Elle.” She’s released two songs in her music career and aims to continue growing her catalogue of original music. Zoe also frequently plays live shows at a variety of venues.

When not covering stories or performing across southern Alberta, Zoe enjoys painting, nature walks and spending time with her two cats.
