TORONTO – A man in his 20s is in hospital with serious injuries after a shooting downtown Tuesday night.
The victim was shot multiple times, including in the neck, outside 240 Wellesley Street just before 10 p.m.

The shooting happened near several apartment buildings and witnesses reported seeing a man running from the scene.
Police are looking for a black male suspect wearing a dark jacket and light-coloured sleeves.
Authorities found shell casings in the area, but no weapon was recovered.
