GODERICH, Ont. – Police say a thief in Goderich, Ont., left a snarky note reminding the owner of the vehicle they just robbed to lock it, or lose it.
Provincial police say the culprit made off with items including a GPS unit and an air pressure gauge from the unlocked vehicle.

The thief left a message telling the owner to “next time lock your car.”
Police are reminding motorists that thefts from vehicles are crimes of opportunity and that failing to lock the doors makes it easy for valuables to be grabbed.
