Police looking for suspects after Thamesford pharmacy robbery

Ontario Provincial Police officers are on the look out for two males who robbed a Thamesford pharmacy Monday morning.

The incident took place at 10:30 a.m. at the Pharmasave Pharmacy on Dundas St., at Allan St. in the Zorra Township community.

Police say two males entered the pharmacy, where they confronted staff and left with an undisclosed amount of narcotics.

They fled the scene heading eastbound on foot, though the emergency response team and canine unit were unable to locate them.

Police issued the following descriptions to appeal to the public for assistance:

Suspect #1

  • White male
  • Approximately 6′ to 6’3″ tall
  • Thin build
  • Wearing a black sweater, a dark-coloured ball cap, sunglasses, and a bandana covering his face

Suspect #2

  • White male
  • Approximately 5’10”
  • Medium build
  • Wearing a black hoodie-style sweatshirt, sunglasses, and a bandana covering his face
