Altogether we saw 110 per cent of our normal precipitation with 74.1 millimetres recorded at the Saskatoon airport throughout the three-month period when normally we would receive 67.2 millimetres.

A significant chunk of that precipitation fell in October with the heavy snow that fell at the start of the month.

Sunday

Cooler air begins to press in on Sunday behind Saturday’s weak low pressure system with some sunshine expected during the day.

Then a second stronger system that sat in the north over the weekend will sweep us into the real cold on Monday, cooling us down from -7 near midnight, down to -13 by evening with a good chance of some snow.
