Halifax Regional Police are searching for a suspect after a late night robbery on Friday.
Police say the Subway restaurant at Fenwick and Queen streets was robbed at 10:15 p.m. AT. The man allegedly approached an employee at the south-end store and demanded cash at knife point.
No one was injured, according to the police report from Staff Sgt. Barb Saunders, but the suspect escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as white, 40-45 years in age with a slim build, and white stubble. At the time of the incident police say he was wearing blue jeans, black sneakers, and a blue hoodie with a large Montreal Expo logo on the front.
