Emergency crews were called to the scene of a motorcycle crash on an eastbound off-ramp on Highway 1 near Canmore at around 9:30 p.m. Friday.
EMS said when paramedics arrived they found an injured man, believed to be in his 20s.

Witnesses reported to EMS that he was the only occupant of a motorcycle which lost control in the area.
The man was taken to the Canmore General Hospital for continued stabilization.
EMS said he suffered a number of potentially life-threatening injuries, both external and internal.
