Lopushinsky’s blue, 2007 Ford Escape was found in a rural area northwest of Westlock on Jan. 30 and at that point the RCMP’s Serious Crimes Branch was brought in to help investigate what happened.

“We’re hoping that people (who) have seen him prior to disappearing can call us and let us know when they last saw him, what he was doing,” said Sgt. Jack Poitras with RCMP Media Relations.

Anyone who may have seen Lopushinsky or his vehicle after Jan. 23 is asked to call their local police detachment or the Redwater RCMP at 780-942-3600.
