Police are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed following an altercation in a home on Thistle Street in Dartmouth Friday morning.
Police were called to the 0-100 block of Thistle St. at 9 a.m. and found a 26-year-old man suffering from stab wounds.

He was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police say the men are known to each other, and don’t believe the altercation to have been a random incident.
Police say they know who the suspect is, and are actively looking for him.
