Officers are investigating after two people were stabbed in Surrey.
Police were called at 10:16 p.m. on Sunday to the area of 11300-block of Surrey Road following reports of a stabbing.
They found a 62-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, both suffering from stab wounds. They were taken to hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
The initial investigation has revealed that an altercation occurred between the two victims and another person, which resulted in the stabbing. The investigation is still in its early stages, but initial indications are that the two people know each other.
