'Vikings: A World Revealed' is an immersive digital destination for all things 'Vikings' – Jan 28, 2016

With the Season 4 premiere of Vikings approaching on Feb. 18, History has a treat for fans.

For those of you sick of waiting for your beloved warriors to return to the small screen, don’t worry, there’s some respite in the form of a website. Called Vikings: A World Revealed, the site is an immersive digital destination for all things Vikings, including virtual tours of the set with cast members and a behind-the-scenes look at props, hair, makeup, costumes, weaponry and more.

The site includes chats with Travis Fimmel (Ragnar) and Katheryn Winnick (Lagertha), among others in the cast.

As an example, check out the video, above. In it, Winnick takes the reader on a virtual tour of Kattegat Village as she discusses her own personal experience on the show, and you’re able to see what it’s like on set.
