Police are actively searching for a white cargo van involved in a hit-and-run in Brampton that sent one man to hospital on Friday.
The incident happened just before 9 a.m. in the area of McLaughlin Road and Bovaird Drive West.

Peel police say a male pedestrian was struck by the van which fled northbound on McLaughlin.
Peel paramedics say the victim was taken to hospital with minor leg injuries.
Police say the van has either a broken or missing passenger side mirror.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
