TORONTO – A Calgary man is facing charges after another disturbance on board a Toronto-bound flight, the second such disruption on an Air Canada flight in as many days.
Peel Police said a man was arrested early Thursday morning after a dispute with a flight attendant.
Police say the man was restrained on board and taken in custody when flight AC1312 landed at Pearson airport at 6 a.m.
Ahmed Kochi Hissein-Warimi, 34, of Calgary is charged with six counts of breach of probation and one count of endangering safety of an aircraft.
On Wednesday, an India-bound Air Canada flight was diverted back to Toronto after an Alberta man allegedly bit a flight attendant’s finger.

Fort McMurray, Alta. resident Jaskaran Sidhu faces two counts of mischief, assault causing bodily harm and endangering safety of an aircraft from Wednesday’s incident. He was released on bail and is due back in court in January.
