Police are warning the public about a 55-year-old high-risk sex offender living in Vancouver.
Christopher Michael Watts is a three-time federal offender who has served sentences for manslaughter, sexual touching and sexual assault. Police said Watts has a pattern of giving large amounts of drugs to young girls and engaging in sexual activity with them, regardless of their ability to consent.
He has been designated as a high-risk to re-offend sexually and will be held to a long-term supervision order. His conditions include: he cannot consume, buy or possess alcohol or illegal drugs; cannot own, use or possess a computer or any device to access the internet; not be in the presence of any female children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult and has been approved by his parole supervisor and report all friendships, sexual relationships and intimate relationships with women.
Watts is described as Caucasian, 6′ tall, 160 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone witnessing Watts violating any of his conditions is asked to call 9-1-1.
