KELOWNA – A woman will have some explaining to do after crashing her car in Kelowna Tuesday during the lunch hour.
It happened during the lunch hour on Pandosy Street just south of Harvey Avenue.
The Jeep Liberty SUV left the road on a slight curve, took down a decorative chain fence, then smashed head-on into a light standard.
The airbag deployed and the driver, believed to be in her 20’s, was not seriously hurt.
She was checked over by ambulance paramedics.
A witness to the crash wondered if distracted driving might be to blame.
