EDMONTON – A fire caused extensive damaged to a home south of Edmonton on Remembrance Day.
Fire crews were called to a home in the town of Calmar at 12:30 p.m.

When they arrived, the back of the house was fully engulfed.
There was no one inside during the blaze, and no one was injured. The fire department was able to extinguish the fire, but the residence suffered extensive damage.
The fire is still under investigation, but police said it’s considered suspicious.
