OROMOCTO, N.B. – RCMP say a 16-year-old boy faces charges following a stabbing at a park in Oromocto, N.B.
Police say the teen was arrested Tuesday after another 16-year-old boy suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The incident occurred at Anniversary Park.
The Mounties say the arrested youth appeared in court Wednesday and was charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats to cause death.
He is remanded until a court appearance scheduled for Monday.
The injured teen was treated in hospital and later released.
