CALGARY – Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have been approached by a suspicious man who suggested he was an officer.
Investigators say they were in the process of arresting two men when they discovered a fake police gear inside the vehicle they were in.
Officers recovered a faulty badge, blue and red lights and handcuffs.
Police are asking anyone who may have been approached by a 2014 black Dodge Ram truck with blue and red dash lights, or by a man posing as a plain-clothes police officer, to contact them.
The man is described as approximately 30-years-old, 5’7” tall, 240 lbs., with a goatee or under-beard.
