WINNIPEG — Police released a sketch they believe accurately describes the suspect in a sexual assault case from June 21, 2014.
Police released the sketch Monday morning and are asking for the public’s help to find the man they believe sexually assaulted a 17-year old female.
The 17-year old victim attended a party at a hotel in the 200 block of Portage Avenue where her drink was allegedly laced with a sedative that made her unconscious. While she was unconscious the serious sexual assault occurred.
When she regained consciousness the victim made her way home and contacted the police.
The suspect is believed to be in his thirties, 6’0″ tall with a thin build. At the time of the incident he had one to two days of stubble on his face and was wearing an orange t-shirt and grey pants.
