Construction to cause delays at Calgary International Airport

CALGARY – Travelers headed to the Calgary International Airport on Tuesday may have to wait in lengthy lines at the security screening area.

Construction in Concourse C will reduce the number of available screening lanes between 8 a.m. on Tuesday and 4 a.m. on Wednesday.

Airport officials are asking travelers departing out of Concourse C to allow extra time for the screening process.

Flights travelling out of Concourse C include Canadian destinations like Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Ft. McMurray as well as international destinations like Cancun, Frankfurt and London.
