REGINA – Police have arrested a Regina man after a string of six robberies in the Queen City over the past two weeks.

Wednesday night, police found a blue Subrau Impreza – stolen from Saskatoon – believed to be used in several of these robberies.

Eighteen year-old Marlon Leslie Holryd Coates is facing a total of 18 charges including six charges of Robbery, seven charges on Breach of Probation, three counts of Wearing a Disguise to Commit an Offence, one charge for Evade Police, and one charge for Possession of Stolen Property (Subaru Impreza).

Coates is also facing two outstanding warrants on other matters. He will make his first court appearance on Thursday afternoon.

Police also charged 20 year-old Holly Marie Staruiala with Possession of Stolen Property.
