BELLEVILLE, Ont. – Police say a man wanted in a human trafficking investigation in Belleville, Ont., has been arrested.
Investigators say 23-year-old Kadeem Francis turned himself in to police at 9:30 a.m.
He faces several charges, including human trafficking, forcible confinement, exploitation and living on the avails of prostitution.
Francis was scheduled for a bail hearing Friday afternoon, as were two others arrested Monday in the same investigation.
Police searched a home after someone reported a young woman had been held there against her will for days and forced into the sex trade.
