TORONTO – Peel police have arrested a 23-year-old Toronto man in connection with the death of 29-year-old Mohammad Haniff who was killed in a crash in Mississauga Saturday night.
Police were looking for a vehicle that was seen speeding away from the crash scene at Kestrel Road and Meyerside Drive.
Igor Stambulsky was arrested Tuesday night and faces two charges including criminal negligence causing death by street racing and fail to remain causing death by street racing.
The accused is scheduled to make a court appearance in Brampton on Wednesday morning.
