TORONTO – Police have a man in custody after a male was fatally attacked at a Scarborough bus shelter overnight.
Investigators say the victim was waiting for the bus at Victoria Park and Sheppard Avenue East when he was assaulted around 2:30 a.m.

He was pronounced dead in hospital.
Police confirm the man, who is believed to be in his 40s or 50s, sustained head injuries but they say it’s unclear if a weapon was used.
Authorities have not released a suspect description.
