Truck used to break in, rob Prince Albert store

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – Prince Albert police are asking for the public’s help in identifying an alleged thief who used a truck to rob a store on Wednesday.

Around 1:30 a.m., police responded to a break and enter at a business in the 700-block of 15th Avenue East.

A witness said a Chevrolet truck backed into the front of the building.

The suspect exited the vehicle, entered the severely damaged store and stole cigarettes before fleeing in the truck.

The male suspect is described as having a moustache and goatee. He was wearing a hooded sweater, a hat and dark pants.
