CALGARY – A 20-year-old man is recovering in hospital after he was assaulted in a southwest alley on Thursday.
Emergency crews were called to the 12000 block of Cannes Road S.W. just before 6:30 p.m.

When they arrived, they found the victim unconscious.
He was taken to the Foothills Hospital with undetermined injuries.
Investigators are waiting to talk with the man to figure out what happened.
