Thieves may have targeted wrong room in North Battleford robbery

NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – RCMP in North Battleford, Sask. say the victims of a hotel room robbery early Tuesday morning may not have been the intended targets.

Two men, one armed with a knife, entered the room occupied by three people just before 1 a.m.

One person was pushed to the ground before the suspects grabbed some personal items and fled. No injuries were reported.

Both suspects are described as First Nation.

The first suspect is described as being 6’1″ or 6’2″, heavy set, with some noticeable facial acne.  He was wearing glasses and a blue windbreaker.

The second suspect is around 5’8″ and was wearing a dark sweater.
