Four charged after shots fired in North Battleford, Sask.

NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – Mounties have charged four people after shots were allegedly fired in North Battleford, Sask. on Saturday night.

Police say they received reports of shots being fired in the areas of 93rd and 108th Streets just before 11 p.m.

Officers located a vehicle and a search turned up firearms and other undisclosed weapons.

Three people were arrested at the time while a fourth person was arrested on Sunday.

One 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old teen have been released from custody and are facing numerous weapon charges.

A second 19-year-old man is scheduled to appear in court on Monday morning while a 22-year-old man will appear in court Tuesday morning.

RCMP continue to investigate but say it appears there were no victims of the shootings.
