WINNIPEG – A man has been charged with forcible confinement in connection with the death of a woman at a Balmoral Street apartment block, a source says.
Police were called to the building shortly after 8 a.m. Monday to investigate a sudden death. They found a dead woman in an apartment.

They were still investigating at the building at 247 Balmoral, between Portage Avenue and Broadway, on Wednesday.
CJOB reported that a 43-year-old man was arrested in the case.
Police said Wednesday that they are investigating while they wait for the results of an autopsy.
