MONTREAL – The main suspect in the death of Tricia Boisvert was arrested in Ottawa.
A Canada-wide arrest warrant for murder in the second degree was issued for Philippe Steele Morin in February.

Ottawa police arrested the 30 year old on Monday.
Boisvert was reported missing in mid-January.
The 36-year-old was last seen leaving her Montreal home in Little Burgundy.
