Eight people, including activists and artists, were detained in Hong Kong on Saturday, the eve of the 34th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square crackdown, in a move that underscored the city’s shrinking room for freedom of expression. Another 16 or more people were detained around Victoria Park on Sunday.
