Han Dong leaves Liberal caucus as MPs pass motiong calling for foreign interference inquiry

Ontario MP Han Dong has resigned from the Liberal caucus and will sit as an Independent member of Parliament. His decision came hours after Global News reported that Dong advised a Chinese diplomat in 2021 to delay the release of Canadians Michael Spavor and Michael Korvig from a Chinese jail, according to two seperate national security forces. Mackenzie Gray reports on the increased demands for answers about what the government knew when, and the House of Commons vote in favour of a non-binding motion calling for a public inquiry.
