Brought to light by a concerned parent whose child received the document, pamphlets outlining how to safely use cocaine were distributed at an Ontario school during Mental Health Awareness Week. The Canadian Mental Health Association says it regrets distributing “unvetted materials” at Barrie North Collegiate Institute.
