As Blue Monday brings its mid-January slump, from failed resolutions to lingering holiday bills and limited daylight, the Trans Canada Trail is encouraging Canadians to head outdoors for a mental and physical reset. Chief Communications Officer Meghan Reddick joins Ross Hull to introduce the new Blahs-2-Ahhs winter campaign, explain how Canadians can take part, and highlight beautiful trail options across Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes.
