Edmonton high school student a public speaking champion

A Grade 10 student will soon be representing Edmonton on the world stage. Katherine Cai recently won the national public speaking competition in Winnipeg and she’s now preparing to take her skills to the international level later this month. Katherine joined Global News at Noon Edmonton to share more about her passion and having the confidence to reach the masses.
