Alberta judge makes recommendations after in-care death of Indigenous girl ‘Serenity’

An Alberta judge has made 20 recommendations from a fatality inquiry into the 2014 death of a young girl in kinship care. The Indigenous girl known as "Serenity" was four when was injured in Maskwacis and later died. Sarah Komadina reports.
