B.C.’s Highway 8 reopens 361 day after closure caused by washouts

It has taken 361 days, almost a full year, but welcome relief for a part of the province particularly hard hit by last year’s atmospheric rivers. Julie Nolin reports on the re-opening of a key B.C. highway that’s had to deal with a series of natural disasters.
